Hope you had a great Monday evening! Mine consisted of eating the most AMAZING dinner ever (recipe to come soon), hanging out with the little man and watching the Bachelor. I know.
I’m pretty sure I haven’t had Lucky Charms in years and they are as good as I remember! With St. Patty’s Day coming up this is a simple tasty treat you can whip up real quick and feed to the kiddos (or yourself!)
So it’s basically the same as THESE but includes white chocolate chips instead of butterscotch and Lucky Charms as the cereal.
White Chocolate Lucky Charms Treats
- 8 C. Lucky Charms
- 1 bag marshmallows
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 C. white chocolate chips
- In a large pot, melt butter and marshmallows until creamy
- Remove from heat and stir in cereal and white chocolate chips (reserve a handful for sprinkling on top)
- Spread into 9×13 pan and let chill in fridge
- Cut into squares and enjoy (:
